Studiostone Creative offers top-quality stone sculpture workshops for schools and groups.
Our programs are designed to deliver amazing results with multi-coloured natural stone while teaching hands-on carving and 3D design skills. Students build creative confidence as they develop artistic expression and fine motor skills. Each workshop aligns easily with the school curriculum across all grade levels, runs 60–120 minutes, and uses kid-safe tools with water for dust control.To support teachers, every program comes with lesson plans, resources and fits seamlessly into the school day.

Animal Carving
Starting with a pre-cut base shape, each student will learn the fundamentals of stone carving as they create their own 3D stone animal.

Simple Shapes
Starting with a pre-cut base shape, young students will shape, sand and polish a simple and beautiful stone shape.

In-Class Field Trip
In-person workshops led by our instructors, at your school. Available in Metro Vancouver, BC, and the Greater Toronto Area, ON, Canada.
All supplies are provided and brought on the day of the class.
Artist Instruction via Zoom
A global program led live online by our instructors—accessible from anywhere, with flexible scheduling and time for questions and interaction.
All carving supplies are shipped in advance of the workshop date.
